          • As our team uses the website throughout the day, we are often the first to spot an issue. But if you come across a persistent problem, do let us know by emailing [email protected].

          • You are free to embed our YouTube videos via the YouTube player without a licence. If there's no YouTube version available, you would need to license the clip for online use via the website by clicking “License Film” underneath the clip. Providing a link to our content is always free and doesn’t require a licence.

          • Our entire archive is available to search via our website using the search bar. As a small team we can’t help with research unless associated with a professional production looking to license.

          • Unfortunately, all of the information we have is viewable on the site and our staff won't be able to give you anything extra. You may find http://bufvc.ac.uk/ helpful for more details.

          • While we can’t change any errors within films themselves, please email [email protected] to report any errors in our titles, dates or descriptions.

          • As a commercial licensing company, we do charge for the use of our footage. Because we receive no public funding, the entire cost of maintaining the collection is paid for through licensing.
